CSOs can provide real-world learning opportunities for students and seek long-term collaboration with universities, but lack knowledge on mentoring young people and on digital collaboration. CSO representatives in this project are coordinators and youth/social workers from non-profits, social enterprise and grassroots organizations, working with vulnerable youth in community-based projects, with practical experience in community engagement. They support vulnerable groups and want to build long-term relationships with universities to retain young volunteers.
